She’s more than just a creative partner. She’s the hands, the patience, and the technical eye behind many of the pieces. “Yes, I do the first prototype and sew some of the clothes,” she says. Each stitch she makes carries intention — and a little piece of her.

When asked about her most powerful life lesson, she returns to her roots. “Yeah, I think it’s my grandmother. My grandparents had a farm and she was working very very hard. She had some illness, she never complained. So when I think about her, I can always do a little bit more.” It’s this legacy of strength and quiet resilience that lives in every garment she helps create.

If Charlie AK were a person? “Charlie AK is a strong woman, that goes her own way and doesn’t follow the stream. She’s elegant and dares to express herself.” A reflection of both Kristina and Charlotte, their values, and their vision.

Her daily life is a balance of movement and creation : “I sew, I’m cooking, I’m going to my mother, I play basket, tennis — and then I’m exhausted. But it’s fun.” Mornings are for focus: “The best time is between 8 and 10 to concentrate, then I can do a lot of things.” And despite all the moving pieces of her life, there’s no doubt where her heart lies. “Yes, Charlie AK is the winner.” And when it comes to favorites? She hesitates, “It’s rather difficult… maybe the Silk O'clock skirt or the sleevless silk blouse. It’s really nice.”
