These terms apply to all orders submitted to Charlie AK's online store at www.charlieak.com (hereinafter referred to as the online store) and cover all purchase agreements that a consumer enters online with Handelsbolaget Charlie AK, hereinafter referred to as Charlie AK. We recommend that you read these terms in full before placing an order. As these terms may be updated and vary from time to time, please read the terms before each order you place in the online store.
A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Charlie AK to the e-mail address you provided. If an article happens to run out before your status has been updated correctly in the online store, Charlie AK will notify you of this via e-mail. We can then suggest another item or cancel the order in question and give you a refund for the purchase. If incorrect price information has been displayed in the online store, you will have the opportunity to either buy the item at the correct price or cancel the order. Charlie AK reserves the right to refuse or revoke a purchase agreement for fraud or other acts similar to fraud, e.g. illegal use of another person's credit card, is suspected.
If you want to place an order in the online store, you must be at least 18 years old and not be under guardianship. Charlie AK assumes that minors who make purchases on www.charlieak.com provide truthful information about their age and / or have the necessary consent from their guardian to buy items. Otherwise, the buyer may be liable for any costs that an invalid contract may entail.
1.return policy
Please contact charlieak.com before returning any items.
You can return the product within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in the same condition it was when first received. If the product is destroyed or used, no refund will be made. When returning a product, be sure to include contact information and provide the tracking number and a brief description of the case.
Charlie AK suggests that you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service because it makes it easier to track the package if needed. Charlie AK will make a refund if it is a valid return. If you have paid via invoice, we need a bank account number so that we can transfer the money. The easiest thing is to send us your bank account number via email to webshop@charlieak.com.
1.1 shipping
To return your product, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send your product back to Handelsbolaget Charlie AK, Bromma, 167 71, Bardabacken 19, Sweden
You must pay for your own shipping costs for the products you return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund. How long it takes to get a new product depends on where you live.
2. Refund policy
Our policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. The product must also not have been used and must be in the same condition as it was when you received it.
2.1 refund
Once your returned product has been received and checked, we will notify you via email. We will also notify you if we will make any refund or not.
If the return is approved, repayment will be made automatically to your credit card or other payment methods within a certain number of days.
2.2 late or no refund
If you have not received a refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it sometimes takes a while for the refund to be credited. Then contact your bank as it usually takes some time before the repayment is made. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at: webshop@charlieak.com.
2.3 sale goods
Refunds are made only for goods at regular prices - not for discounted products.
2.4 exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an article for the same article, we want you to send an email to: webshop@charlieak.com and the article to: Handelsbolaget Charlie AK, Bardabacken 19, Bromma, 167 71, Sweden.
3. prizing
Occasionally there may be information in the online store that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions regarding product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time and without prior notice (even after you have submitted your order) and to change or update the information or cancel orders if any information in the online store is incorrect.
The prices in our online store constitute the total price (including VAT), but do not include shipping costs or any payment fees. Outside the European Union, customs duties or other taxes and fees may be added to the purchase price.
Discounted items are available as long as they are not out of stock. Coupons or discount codes are only valid once per person and time of purchase and only within the specified time period. They cannot be combined or transferred to another purchase or credited to a new item in exchange. If you hold a discount coupon, it cannot be combined with other coupons or discounted products unless another exception is mentioned. This applies both online and in-store.
